Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Board of Directors has adopted the Provident New York Bancorp Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”), which will permit shareholders to invest future dividends in shares of Provident New York Bancorp common stock without incurring any service charges and without the payment of brokerage commissions.
